FREEDIVING
Wellness
Bea accompanies you on a magical experience, feeling supported by the water combined with the breath-hold is an invitation to become aware of the places in your body where stress, worry and fear have manifested as tension. The nervous system resets to its tranquil state. It is in complete relaxation where THE MIND RESTS, THE HEART TAKES OVER and the door to the Unknown opens. As you enter, the magic happens.
Static Apnea
Static apnea (STA) is a discipline in which a person holds their breath underwater for a length of time. For competitions, athletes lie face-down in the water holding their breath for as long as possible. Although it may seem as simple as lying face down in the water, STA is actually one of the more technical disciplines.
Freediving Level 1
Freediving is about inward power, discipline and control. If you’ve always wanted to enter the underwater world quietly, on your own terms, staying as long as your breath allows, then freediving is for you.
Cost
One to one $895 / Two to one $750 per person.
